This one should be like watching paint dry, Hawkeye. leaving for Iowa City in a few for the game and wanted to see if you were playing anything.
leaning towards Iowa -8.5 as well, but will pass on the side and hope to see lots of bricks tonight....:mj07:
It looks as if Tucker will be out for a few more games for Iowa, Hawkeye. Kid is lucky to be alive--cops found him passed out in an alley behind a bar downtown when the temps were in the low 20s--he blew over twice the legal limit and was charged with public intoxication.
He isn't practicing or attending any team meetings as the UI athletic department has a bunch of hoops the athletes have to jump through after something like this happens before they are allowed back on the team.
Might be as long as after the 1st of the year before he returns...

We leave for PR on the 23rd and back on the 31st in time to see Iowa CRUSH the 'ol ball coach on New Years Day....:00hour
I'll be calling you daily for your totals plays on all those games that will be going on while I'm on the island....:toast:
haven't heard/seen anything on the UNI game--one of the guys I am meeting after the game for a beer is a big UNI booster--I'll ask him if he knows anything and report back here tomorrow before game time.
Enjoy PR-Gret Place-where to you go/stay there? Let me know about UNI-thats a big line change-call me when needed. Is PR on EST time? Go Hawks--they pounded Clones 2nd half last nite.
3 bedroom condo on the beach outside of San Jose, Hawkeye. Its one hour later than East Coast time--lots of late night football the week we are going to be there.
You been to PR before? If so I'll call you before we leave for some tips on things to do--we've been all over the Carribean and Mexico but its our 1st trip to PR....

If you are close to San Juan be sure to check out Senor Frogs at night!!! I was just there about a month ago and it was a great time!
