#6 UCONN opened as a two point favorite over #4 Stanford. The line is currently at 2'. Does anyone know if history supports a play on the lower seed in this scenario? Thanks in advance.

Thanks G-Hawg. Unranked home favorites against ranked opponents have been a good bet in recent years. What about lower seeded favorites against higher seeded opponents? Leaning towards UCONN, but I'd like some information on this betting angle before I pull the trigger. Thanks in advance.

I see Conn at 2.5 and have them as aplay. I see a 7 to 10 point win.

The public loves Uconn and I do to. Lots of people on them today. Line value is on Stanford but I'm still on Uconn. Do I know wwhy? No! But still up for the Tourny so I'll follow my heart instead of my head.

Joe,

That is what scares me a little bit. The public does like UCONN today, and the line has moved from 2 to 3.

This game boils down to one burning question. Will Okafor get in foul trouble? If he does, UCONN might be heading home. If he doesn't, the Huskies should win rather easily. The problem is, none of us know how the officials will call the game.

and that is the absolute key...no other sport is as totally controlled by officials like basketball is.......foul calls are totally subjective.....get a key player in early foul trouble,or get to the one and one early, and you have a huge advantage ...that`s why i don`t fool with the regular season....i like uconn also, but,if a large consensus is on them,it`s probably gonna be a loser....especially at tourney time...we`ll see...

Caps........

Caps........

Okafor is great but CT is more than that

3 shooters at 40+% from 3
M.Hayes 6'8,
Hilton Armstrong 6'10
Marcus White 6'8
Justin Brown 7'0'
All capable of big games and filling in for the "OAK" given foul trouble.
these guys BANG
