I have been looking at this game for three days trying to figure out what I am missing, and I just can't. Seems I am the only one, as everyone on the board seems to be backing SC. I know you cant cap a bounce, and a crucial turnover here and there will determine any game, but I am having a hard time looking at each match-up and seeing where USC has an overall advantage. I don't think anyone wants to hear a "homer" blabber on about every aspect of the game(or last years for that matter) so I will keep it simple. I will take Murray over Shaw. To be clear I do not think shaw is bad in the least, but Murray has more experience and has been through this "type" of game before. He also has more(not necessarily better) weapons around him. In the end these teams match up pretty evenly and it should be a good game. I will take the more (IMO) talented and experienced QB with more weapons to win it in the end.

Good luck :toast:

When white boy Bennet went down as the leading reciever out for the season I had to take note of that. Even though Georgia has plenty of help at receiver, Bennett was Murrays go to guy.
The other guys just didnt step up enough for me.

Murray is not always sound in big games. He can be erratic and throw inteceptions.

Conner Shaw has 35-39 passes complete for not alot of yards but the guy has no interceptions.
Besides that Shaw is going to kill Georgia withi his legs. Georgia better put someone on the spy network and keep them there.

Even though I have seen South Carolina give up some big running plays up the midde, they have shut it down when needed.

Latimore is ready for this game.

Sorry but South Carolinas defense is as good as Georgias. Georgia did not play that well last week with Rambo and Ogletree back but they may be better units this week.

The cocks are at home. Spurrier is hard as fawk to beat at home.

I am making a play on this game.

The more I think about it, the more I think I may lay off this game.

This will be a good judge for me in betting the Florida game vs Georgia.

this could go either way but I honestly think SC will pull this one out.

I agree that Murray is better than Shaw, but tell me
in any game that Murray has not made one bone head play. I know who is the better coach. Cocks have won 2 of last 3. Could have been 3 of last 3 if it wasn't for tip ball. That's why we call it gambling. Best of luck to you on your play. Think Bulldogs have best shot at east. S.C. still has LSU and FLA.

Or 1 of the last three if it wasn't for a fake punt:shrug: I will tell you the same as KOD, you take Shaw and I will take Muarry. If I am wrong then A) I will lose my money, and B) I will be the first to congratulate the victors.

Have been pretty successful betting against and on UGA actually. Off the top of my head 3-1 last 4 in last year. Boise over UGA W, LSU over UGA W, UGA over South Carolina L UGA over Fla W. I know you cant wrap your mind around it, but their are people that can be fans of teams and look objectively at things. If you feel that strongly however, I would suggest playing USC:0008

thats the way it goes in the SEC

I guess we know who is the better QB after that showcase of talent.

The good thing is that SC still has to play LSU, Florida, and Clemson.

Everyone is saying that a 1 loss team will go to the SEC championship game.

Could that be Georgia ?

They would have to beat Florida though. I watched that Florida game and came away with this. Florida defense and special teams will win them alot of future games.

When you hold LSU and their running backs to that kind of detainment , you are doing something.

Florida offense still coming around, but they have enough to do what they need to do.
