Make sure you watch this terrible umpire make the call at home in the SD/LA game on a steal of home

Unbelievable

Playing real good ball right now. The pitching is good and they are hitting the ball.

For a bunch of no-names they are very entertaining to watch.

Yes he is. The only thing that is frustrating is that he is hurt all the time. He has his hit some bombs this year.

I just hope Billy Beane does not trade him.

He is the real deal.

0 chance cespedes is traded..this year anyway..I really don't expect a ton of moves. If u can get something good for colon you do it, mccarthy is the only other meaningful guy that I could see traded, but he's been hurt so much, who know if anyone even wants him at this point

Schedule gets a lot tougher ahead, but hopefully they can keep playing well..

Not sure if it'll matter by then, or what shape he'll be in, but brett anderson shud come back for sept too

I have to give the ump somewhat of a break even though I know he should have just asked to see the ball before making the call.

The throw was very high and out of his site of vision as he was trying to follow the ball and watch the plate.

I think the ball ticked the glove which probably sounded like he caught it.

I'm sure he felt foolish but, the biggest fool is the pitcher who gave the game away. Let's see what one win would have meant to the Dodgers at the end of the season.

Talking about falling asleep on the mound and turning your back on the runner at 3rd.
This clown of a reliever not only turns his back but makes a terrible throw to his catcher and then doesn't cover home plate and lets the go ahead run score.
That was one of the worst and stupid ways to lose a game when you're just 1 strike away to win the game.

I saw the play......he missed where the ball went. The play is going so fast and he's got to make such a quick decision. If the catcher caught the ball like he thought it was the right call when he pumped him out...then he noticed the ball was not caught and at the back stop...then he called him safe which was the right call after noticing the ball was not caught. I don't see anything wrong with what he did. Did everything he could to make it right IMO.

Agree.....did you see how the Astros tied up their game last night?? Kinda the same shit. That was one of those games where you just knew SF was going to win no matter what. Astros just can't score against good pitching unless that pitcher is completely off his game. Hope Cain is on his today!

I missed it but I put the game on after the padres won and Kuiper was saying how that was a worse loss then what the Astros did.
His buddy Krukow said I think you're making it up :mj07:

Yeah...they were just besides themselves when Houston tied it up. It was 2-0 going into the 9th and Houston scored both runs with 2 outs! Double scored the first run....then the second run came on a wild pitch throw to first error by the catcher...runner scored from 2nd base. Poor Lincecum......ND after a great game pitched. I'm not sold yet with him getting better....Houston is so, so poor on offense. We'll see when he faces some real bats if he's back or not.

Yeah he could of used a win 10 losses already. If he can step it up they can win the division
