But CC is in a poor pitching funk, and the heat and humidity on him today (he is rather large) won't help him, but will help that ball travel!

said in earlier thread not sure who will be in for FL/Mont game since they are shuffling around umps there too, due to subs coming in.

I thought it'd be Cederstrom tonight, he was on 1st base in first game and not HP yesterday. But I just noticed he wasn't on crew at all last night. They brought Carlson in to sub for some reason.

but regular crew member O'Nora has been there all the time, was at 1st plate last night, and hasn't been at HP yet in this series.

so he should be there today, as expected.

O'Nora is on a 7 game under streak, and under 9-1 his last 10. see ndnfan's thread for more info on this.

Cederstrom normally is on this crew, as is Marquez (who has been out the whole series).

Armas did give up 6 runs in 6.2 innings early June against Phillies with O'Nora at HP. But Armas allowed just one hit the first five, then inexplicably came apart. Robinson said he "just got out of whack". one of those days I guess.


Cederstrom is back on crew this afternoon.
