Oilers/ Kings game.
Ty Conklin, Edmonton Oilers - Conklin is the probable starter for Tuesday's game against the Kings, reports the Edmonton Sun. Jussi Markkanen won last night so Conklin will need to step up his play if he intends on receiving consistent starts.
Jason LaBarbera, Los Angeles Kings - LaBarbera is the probable starter for Tuesday's game against the Oilers, reports the LA Times. The goaltending rotation continues in Los Angeles and it's become apparent that coach Andy Murray is satisfied alternating both LaBarbera and Mathieu Garon, even if one of them has an outstanding game. At this point, both netminders are well worth owning in fantasy leagues but sooner or later, we suspect one of them will step up and pull away from the other. For the record, the Kings front office prefers Garon so he may have an intangible edge.
Mr Lock's commentary:
Both golies are good enough to keep this game low scoring. Edmonton has won 3 in a row but played late last night. They should be tired. Also, Ryan Smyth is out for The Oilers and Valeri Bure is out for The Kings.
Good Luck
Mr. Lock
