Miller is 9-19 to the UNDER and an even better 2-8 O/U when the line is 9 or less. His games average 8.25, one of the lowest among all umpires, and his K to BB ratio is 2.74!
I've seen parking spaces less wide than this guy's zone! He averages 14.6 K's to only 5.3 Walks per game.
