If my memory is correct, Wisconsin was a 3-4 point favorite when they lost in the Big Ten championship to OSU 58-0. That was the largest loss vs point spread.

I'd have to look it up but just off the top of my head...I think Stanford was a 41-point underdog to USC when Harbaugh was there and they pulled it off w the fade pass to the left side at the end. That's the biggest one that comes to mind for me.
