Hi. I was just looking at the eight Q.B.s left in the playoffs and looked up some of their stats on NFL.com. What a surprise. All I read and hear is "Manning and McNair share player of the year award" "Favre leads his team under trying circumstances""Bradys team has best record and homefield throughout" "McNabb turns Eagles year around after start."

No mention of a damn decent, steady-eddy guy named Trent Green. All he did was lead his team to an excellent 13-3 season.

@003 reg season stats.

Q.B. Yards. T.D.s Ints. Rating.

Manning 4267 29 10 99
Green 4039 24 12 92.6
Bulger 3845 22 22 81.4
Brady 3620 23 12 85.9
Favre 3361 32 21 90.4
Delhomme 3219 19 16 80.6
McNabb 3216 16 11 79.6
McNair 3215 24 7 100.4

Whats wrong with this guy. Never gets much press (outside of Missouri anyway). Don`t even hear his name much when Chiefs are playing on nat. t.v. I think he just quietly goes about his job and gives his team the best chance to win, without too much fanfare and not making many mistakes or taking dumb chances.
I remember saying myself a few years back, K.C. will never go anywhere with this guy. Well I`d like to eat those words and see him do well and have a successful playoffs.

He `s earned a little more respect from the press IMO.

Good luck this weekend everybody. Especially Trent Green.

check this out Bob.
NEw England Patriots

Have won 12 consecutive games & 3rd team in NFL history to win 12 in row to end season ? 1934 Chicago Bears advanced to NFL Championship & 1972 Miami Dolphins won Super Bowl VII. Are 4th team since 1970 with 12-game winning streak in single season & previous 3 won Super Bowl (1972 Miami, 1985 Chicago, 1998 Denver). Posted franchise-record 14 wins & were 8-0 at Gillette Stadium, 1st perfect season at home. Allowed 68 points at home, fewest by team in 16-game schedule. Are 17-3 (.850) in past 20 at home. In past 6 at Gillette, have outscored opponents 108-22. Have won past 22 when leading at halftime & past 27 when leading after 3 quarters ? QB TOM BRADY is 25-4 (.862) in career after Nov. 1 (including playoffs). Is 33-12 (.733) in career as starter, best among active QBs. Has never lost playoff game (3-0) & was named MVP of Super Bowl XXXVI. Did not throw INT at home in 241 attempts this season, most attempts without INT for season at home since 1970. In only divisional playoff (1/19/02 vs. Oakland), set club records in attempts (52), completions (32) & yards (312)

Looks like a decent teaser play :)

good luck this weekend

Right on Cash. Take todays Van. Sun for instance. Complete two page spread on N.F.L. playoffs. Three pics of Q.B.s Favre, McNair and Bulger and how so much depends on them. Big spreads on Gibbs and Coughlin signing, and hardly a mention of Brady or Green. These guys must feel like Dangerfield.

Good luck this weekend Bro.
