Why do you not go for 2 there?? Is there any difference between a 4 and 5 pt lead? What does the "book" say is the right call... only reason I can think of is being up by 5 the worst you can do is be down 3 if other team gets TD and 2. I would think having a 6 pt lead is much more preferred in that situation as the other team ties with a TD and needs the extra point.... of course I'm asking because of my wager, but it seems odd to me.
