USC by 14:toast: :toast: :toast:
Everybody knows USC has the best D in the nation, allowing only 7.8 points per game but they are really fast, strong and well coached and will be well prepared for this game as they always are and should win by two touchdowns+.
Although both teams have great defenses I expect there to be a lot of points scored in the Rose Bowl as there usually is. Battles are won at the line of scrimmage and SC is better on both sides.
If not for a bad game against Oregon State, the Trojans would be playing for a national title instead of a Rose Bowl title. For whatever reason USC gets lazy against their conference every year but they always bring their A game to the Rose Bowl.
One last point, the Pac 10 has been pretty solid throughout the bowl games and I don?t think Penn State is much better than Ohio State who was outclassed by SC earlier this year.
I believe the line is this low only because USC?s offense has not scored as many points as they have in the past years but coach Carroll should have his team ready and will get the most out of them tomorrow. Just some random thoughts but that?s my two cents.
