USC and ND

USC for 5 units +5.5. Think USC has better talent than UNLV period. USC playing consistently lately...UNLV off a big blow out of Col State as they got early and never looked back. Don't think they can do the same with USC...can see a back and forth game with USC pulling it out at the end. UNLV outran and outjumped Col State...USC can match them if the game turns into a running game and can outshoot them if it's halfcourt....will play ML for 1 unit as well on USC.

ND -1 for 2 units. ND is a well coached team who will make adjustments from the 1st game. Pitt decidedly better inside but think ND will come up with a scheme to not make this a half court inside the paint kind of game. This game could be decided by the refs....if it turns ugly in the end and it's closely ref'd ND is a much better foul shooting team than Pitt...and think FTs will decide this one.

Add Wake +5

Have seen Wake play numerous times..real solid club both inside and out. They have a couple of real playmakers if one and one is required. Will play this one for 2 units. Haven't seen Marquette play so will limit the play. Wake one of 3 best clubs in ACC and their main scorer (can't remember his name) might be the best player in the conference....and he's clutch. If it's close at the end, a go-to player can make the difference.

Add Va

Play Vir -210 ML for 5 units. Virginia really got their act together against Md. The point guard of theirs stunk up the place all year and before being suspended for Md game and has been replaced by Billeck whos at least a good team player and has his head in the game. Va has moved their former HS all america Mapp more into the game more and the whole team playing better. Va has been excellent at home all year as well and they seem to hit all their 3s there unlike the road. Will play this -5 for 2 units as well as a blowout is possible. NC State not without talent but Va on a better roll and their lineup change makes all the difference in the world. Va still a bubble team and they must win these to get into the tourney...I expect they will close the season strong unless they go back to their old starting lineup.

I am with u on the USC game. Way more talent than the rebels. Hard to take the rebels when USC did defeat the Oregon squad/.

As for the pitt/nd game. i am going to lay off that one. Pitt is one of those teams that scare me. I really think a road game liek this will really show the country if they are one of the premier teams in the country. I with all these teams dropping like flies i would not be suprised if ND get in on them. BUT< i would not be suprised either if pitt opened the game 13-4. I will probably watch the first half and see how the flow of the game goes and try to bury the bulb with a second halfer.

Twomuchchalk...agree, the ND game is not obvious to me either...just think ND's coach one of the best young ones out there and he'll do something different this time out. Is the talent that much different between these clubs? Yes, Pitt has more talent...but talent doesn't always win. Pitt has talent but they just can't shoot foul shots other than Knight down the stretch..I could see ND trading fouls for fouls for fouls for jumpers and winning the game down the stretch that way..Pitt's foul shooting will be their demise in the tourney when they come up against someone with equal talent who can shoot the clutch ones at the end. GL and go lightly on the ND selection...really like USC and VA to win on the ML.....I'd be real suprised if NC state pulls this game out...ML is now at 225 but still worth playing..particularly in a parlay
