I will start with my play, Rutgers Moneyline.
USF is a great team and has been playing exceptionally well. I went to their game last week and watched them decimate a UCF team that isn't all that bad. Marching into a road game against Rutgers is a different game though. Rutgers balanced attack should be able to score more easily then USF against a solid Rutgers D. I do believe the game will be close, but see Rutgers winning by 6 points. USF can only slow down you know who for so long until he breaks lose and runs his way to victory.
