Playing over 29 first half. BYU offense is on fire their last 5, and Ratliff, in for QB Johnson looks like he can throw the ball. BYU's secondary is terrible and that's where the Utes need to work. Even if Ratliff is bad BYU could go over this number on their own, lost last 5 to Utah will want to put the hammer down. Things could tighten up second half and Utah's offense has disappeared more than once this season in the second so not playing over for the game.
