in a game that has serious playoff implications to it the jazz come to los angeles to take on the clippers in what should be a playoff type game. the jazz hold a 3 1/2 game lead over the clippers for the 8th and final playoff spot in the west. the clippers are coming off a big win last night in phoenix on a last second shot by macinnis. however they are 6-10 ats in the second game of a back to back this year, and being this late in the year probably takes a little more out of you. the jazz have won 12 straight against the clippers including 2 times this year (106-101 in utah, and 102-86 in los angeles). the jazz are outrebounding their opponents their last 5 games by 8 boards a game, and with the better defense and the veteran squad should be able to handle the younger and inexperienced clippers.
