Vandy -5.5 over Yale ******
Think the Dores are a much better team then the Bulldogs...Vandy has a huge front line of 7'0,6'10 and 6'7..and the 6'10 is 1st team all SEC Jones.....a force inside..these 3 have 47 combined blocked shots and god knows how many altered shots....what makes Vandy a good team is the 3 freshman gds that all start...Lachance,Baldwin4,and Mitchell...two of them have 56 and 57 assists already...Vandy is 3rd in the country in assists...Lachance leads all SEC freshman in scoring...everyone knew this team with Jones as the aircraft carrier could make a lot of noise in the conf but no one expected the 3 freshman to play like this except Stallings their coach..
Yale returns almost everyone from last yrs team. Sears is there 6'8 all Ivy 1st team avg 13 pts and 8 bds..they have Duren who is a solid gd who can pass....Yale does has some size inside but its Ivy League size...Yale did beat Conn by 1,lost to Prov by 6 and just lost before the X-mas break to Albany by 4 at home..just beat Sacred Heart last week by 6 at home...
Think the Yalies are in trouble today...Vandy has won 4 of last 5...they don't take bad shots..they have over 7 players shooting over 50% FG....the team shoots 51% 5th in the nation..they are playing at home and have Jones down on the low post where the Bulldogs will have trouble defending. If Vandy can keep Sears in check they win big....even if they can't they still win by double d's....

Went 4-2 yest.... GL today
Last day in Austin....getting ready for the winter that I haven't seen in the last two years..

Thanks guys...no starbucks this morning..lol...boilermaker..good point..forgot about that...that has to be weird coaching from under the baskets...also its a raised floor...somewhat worried with Yale having an experienced team all back from last yr.They should be the 2nd best team in the Ivy but think they are over their heads today...I love the Jones kid...and the one knock should be " do you trust these 3 freshman today". I do but maybe not on the road @ NC,Duke,NC St,etc...but at home I don't think the Yale defense will slow them down...
GL today..will try to come back later

Texas -8 over Texas Tech ****
Think Texas getting back Taylor is the key...Texas is top scoring defense team, rebounding margin ]2nd in the nation},blocked shots,etc...its offense has slowed down due to missing their pt gd..Taylor is back and he makes everything go.. Myles inside is a puppy but at 6'10 is improving...Watched TT struggle with North Texas the other nite...no pure pt gd,no out side shooters....think they will have trouble with Texas pressure defense...and if Taylor is 100% the Longhorns start the B-12 on a good note..Texas front line should dominate.

Penn St -1.5 over Rutgers ***
Newbill and co should have no problem with struggling Nites

Baylor +7 over OU **
Dayton -12.5 over lil dukies **
Prov +1.5 over Marq **
WV -3 over TCU **
Iowa St -6 over SCarolina **
San D ST -8.5 over Fresno ****
