He never coached my team, He cried at the drop of a hat on National TV but i always rooted for the guy. His players always played hard for him.

I have to agree too. That crying stuff gets old and just doesn't seem authentic. He's an above average coach and I wish him well

Indeed, a great coach its a shame to see him go. It's too bad he could never get the D he needed in KC, but he proved that he is among the best offensive minds in NFL history; what he left in St. Louis and the offense he's built in KC is just mind boggling. Here's to wishing him the best and hoping someone can talk him out of retirement one more time!!!
