I have used this twice in the past for that extra punch:tongue but they make me feel like shit! My sinuses lock up bad with viagara. I don't think there would be any harmful side effects for women beyond the norm.

It blocks the proteins that make your dick limp. That is why you still have to become aroused. It is also why it screwed up my sinuses when I took it. Apparently the proteins that make erections possible are similar to those in your sinus cavities. In some cases (me for example) the proteins are so alike that Viagara also attaches to something in my sinuses to make them flare up. It still works in the lower region, but my top head feels like a balloon, too. It's weird because I have never had sinus problems before, so I didn't know what the hell was going on until I asked the doctor.
