I have to be honest, I have no freaking clue what all is going on over there. I don't know if Russia and the USA are together or attacking different enemies in the same country or what. I as just telling my wife over the weekend that I want to read up to figure out what the hell is up. Are we close to having issues with Russia over this? I know I've seen on the news that Russian jets flew close to one of our planes or drones or something like that.

Just feels like something is close to happening and causing all out chaos.

i have tried to follow situation over there but i have no idea who's against who. i thought Russia
is there against isis with help of USA, Syria army and Turkey. What Russia does first is they bomb US trained syria troops and Turkey shoots down russian drone.

all information is so mixed and you really don't know who to trust,
or where to read neutral news from that area

all i know Finland and Europe is receiving refugees with military background from syria and irak army, "men" who should be fighting there for their country. and we don't want those fucks here

I watched the 60 minutes segment on the all of the refugees and Germany taking them right now. What the hell is going on?

Finland is Nato companion and, as far as i know, there are some finnish military police
trainers for turkis or kurdies. Also there are some finnish UN/nato military observers in Syria
and Israel.


and of course we have some immigrant muslims that left to fight what ever akhbar over there

Obama Won?t Admit the Real Targets of Russian Airstrikes
No one is discussing the reality that the Russian offensive is targeting the biggest militant threat to the Assad regime

The US response to Russia?s new Syrian military campaign in support of the Assad regime has struck a pose of moral superiority by arguing that the Russians have not been targeting the Islamic State but rather the non-ISIS Syrian opposition to the Assad regime.

That US response is superficially accurate but deliberately misleading. Although the Russians are not focusing on targets in ISIS-controlled territory, there is a very good reason: it is not ISIS but the forces aligned with al-Qaeda?s Syrian franchise, Jabhat al-Nusra or al-Nusra Front, that pose the most immediate threat to the very existence of the Assad regime.
