There is going to be a fight in this game. Boston is teeing off on Santana and the Angels will probably come inside on Manny or Oritiz later in the game

Both teams were already warned after Beckett hit VLAD!! 0-2 pitch and he came inside and drilled VLAD on the hand. Smashed his knuckles, it looked like. Warning was dumb! We will see if a fight occurs!!

Soscia (sp?) is a pussy. How he didn't order Santana to drill Ortiz or Ramirez is why baseball sux today. In the 4th or 5th as Santana is about to get pulled and the game out of reach, why he didnt' drill someone was pathetic. He could have gotten out of the cold and earned some player cred....although he already has it. he's a good manager and has a good club, but he really should have pegged someone. it was embarrassing that he didn't.

The pitch happened on an 0-2 count.
And it seemed to me that as hes trying to avoid the pitch ,his hand went into it.

If it happens on 0-3 etc.,i could see problems.
Thats why there was no further incident afterwards,IMO.
