Since I picked Sergio this week in my Contest, I will play him. Problem is, it was at the Nelson.

Saturday morning play (2pts):

Thomas Bjorn to beat Paul Lawrie +110 @ William Hill [available generally]
Lawrie has progressed to the last sixteen despite being 2-over-par and 3-over-par in his two matches so far. He simply is playing well enough to defeat a wily matchplayer like Bjorn who was unfortunate to be matched against Snedeker who was 5-under-par through ten holes yesterday, but did enough in his level-par round today to defeat Branden Grace. At worst, these two should be pick-em, so I'll certainly take these odds on Bjorn to progress.

[unofficial Saturday morning plays: Rock tb Goosen +138; Villegas tb Snedeker +115]

Semi-Final play (2pts):

Nicolas Colsaerts to beat Paul Lawrie -125 available generally
Lawrie played much better today, but Colsaerts has looked the more impressive over the three days so far and the long, hilly course certainly favours the Tour's longest hitter. He put that power to good use last year when reaching the semi-final before losing to eventual winner, Ian Poulter, but he is a much better player now with six top-10 finishes in his ten starts this year (worst finish 35th).

Final play (4pts):

Nicolas Colsaerts to beat Graeme McDowell +100 @ Paddy Power, Centrebet, BetVictor and BlueSq [available generally]
Very impressive performance from Colsaerts after being four down after the first four holes. He has been particularly good at holing out, whereas McDowell has identified his putting as being a problem and in need of work before the final. To finish birdie-birdie-par-birdie when they returned after the rain delay was again very impressive and I expect him to continue in the same form this afternoon. Definitely vallue in the bookies' underdog.
