under 145: went through today's games not seeing any side play other than a few leans, and was about to pass on the slate when i noticed this total and got the sticker shock i'd been looking for. montana st has had some scoring issues this year but is a solid defensive squad, especially at home. they are a veteran team, returning all five starters and ten lettermen from last year's ncaa tourney that beat oklahoma before bowing out in the second round. they have a sterling 27-3 record in missoula over the last three seasons, and maintain their composure well on their home court. no way they want to run tonight, but would rather this game play out in the sixties. w kentucky hasn't had a road game in 22 days and this is their first trip to tonight's difficult venue. the hilltoppers also have a big midmajor matchup on saturday with southern illinois in bowling green, so they probably won't be looking to go balls to the wall tonight. the side and total suggest a 75-70 type of game but my gut tells me that looks ten or fifteen points too high.
