Nc state with wins against william/mary and ODU and a loss to a very bad East Carolina team.

My math only has NCSt as a 9 pt fav but this goes against one of my situational angles with home team off a bye vs b2b road dog. I expect Wake to fade late in this game.

also line has moved to -13- with public dog deacons catching about 75% of tickets. this game also falls into historically good under situation = teams scoring 49+ previous game now playing conference opponent and total under 49, games prior to 11/1. mich/wisc also fits.
