I should of know better.. Now this is the right way to think?? Right.......:shrug:
Before placing my wager I went to a website and the opening line was 4 - 4.5 depending on the book. 15 minutes before tip off the spread was up to 5.5 but at the same time 65 % of the public was on Wake getting points and 51% was on Wake ML... When I seen this I still bet on Wake.. What was I thinking??:shrug: Now some people on this board think this rationale is BS and some swear by it.. I thnk that if you take the team with the reverse line movement covers the majority of the time.. Just seems that way..
Now I know that lines are adjusted for the money being put on a team and not the percentage but you can't tell me more money was on Georgia Tech. They know how to get the public to keep pounding the losing side. Most of the time that is anyways..
