I've enjoyed 5D for the most part unless you bet the dogs, but please beware the "Reload" bonus that they offer. It is confusing if not down right misleading to say the least. They say that you have to confirm a reload within 24 hours of a deposit to get the rewards. They give 3 options, one of them being Live Chat, which I opted for. The kind person then assisted me with "registering" the deposit that I had made into the program. They asked if I agreed with the "terms and conditions" which I had read myself on their main page that had touted the thing to begin with. Then they sent me a URL link to these "terms and Cond's." which I went to. These "terms" dealt with withdrawals only. I saw nothing at all about any terms with the bonus program. Jeez I read contracts every day and it wasn't there for cryin out loud. I said so to them, and they again asked me to confirm the T & C THAT WERE ON THE URL LINK (NONE OTHER) which I said I did since all that I saw there was the same T & C you have all seen 50 times already dealing with 5D withdrawals. Again, the URL had nothing at all to do with the Reload Program. OK, cut to the chase--- I then went to the Sportsbook to take advantage of a line on "Reduced" only to find that "Reduced" was no longer offered to me-- even though I had MORE in their account to begin with than what I had just deposited (and had asked to be in the bonus.) Long story short, I threatened to post this on these sites-- they said I did not have to threaten them-- and they would remove me from the "program." Thereafter, I had availability to "Reduced" once again. ALL I'm saying is just beware of this. Sorry for the long wind, but watch out guys--
