My plays all year long will be 2 team parlays moneyline only.

Will keep a total in this thread. Will try to only have 1 reply for the entire lineup for the day.

I think you should reconsider this method for wagering and doing parlays for everything.... after all, parlays were invented like teasers to make the gambler think they have an edge.... key word is think!

I have known a few gamblers who tried betting parlays all the time like you are considering and one of them did get luckier than heck for a period of time and won a ton of money for about 6 to 8 months before the roof caved in on him during baseball season (keep in mind, even the good pitchers lose and they are normally -200+ anyway). The other guys would win about 20% of the time betting parlays, but when they did win, they would win some good amounts because they got really hot for a week... problem is you're going to lose a lot more overall and the one great week is followed by 4 weeks of losers.

Not sure if other cappers have their thoughts, but I know you hit a huge 2-team parlay in Las Vegas and I would be happy and not make this your normal way of wagering as it will get really ugly at times during baseball which is a tough sport to handicap overall IMHO.

I gambled on sports for a living from '96-2000 and crushed baseball, and baseball continues to be my best sport. I finally went back to work for the man because I couldn't bet any of the other sports. 75-80% of my baseball plays are round robins, so I can't say that in my case parlays are sucker bets...... ACTION BETS are SUCKER bets.......And I'm sure there will be plenty of those today with only a few games on the slate and it being Opening Day.

Just sharing my personal experience. I'm sure everybody has their own personal preferences.

Thanks for the advice guys. In the past, I've been a RL bettor and I've had some bad luck with closers screwing me, yet teams still winning by 1 run.

I definitely hit big on the NCAA elite 8 and final 4 games but those were separate cases and I definitely won't be wagering that size here.
