YTD 6-5; Teasers 1-1
Well guys I can't seem to get anything going and I apologize for those who have coattailed my mediocre capping thus far. But hopefully we'll turn it around and hopefully some of you still like seeing what I'm playing (good for a fade here and there!).
Tonight's best bet:
GW +5.5. Dayton has yet to beat a good team at home by a comfortable margin. Of their 9 games in dayton, they have 1 loss (to mediocre St. Louis), 2 wins by more than 10 pts. (to very bad teams), and 6 games won by single digits (over crappy teams like LA Laffeyette, Wagner, IUPUI (!))... do not see them blowing out a solid GW team who has been impressive in the A10. From what I have read, the GW team defense has been much improved over the first few games of the A10 since a shaky non-conference start. Think they keep it close and maybe get the upset tonight.
Also playing:
Duques +10.5 ; Rhody is really struggling having dropped 3 in a row, the dukes are off a huge Xavier upset and a pounding of UMass.. think they keep it inside the number here. Both teams in the middle of their respective division; stats are better for Rhody but not glaring; and I'm not sure why you would lay 10 points given the different momentum that each team has accumulated over the last week and a half.
Xavier -14; last week a wake up call for the muskies.
staying off of St.Joes / Umass.. would probably lay the 25 if I had to though.
