LN 6-4, +225
Overall 122-116, +3257

Back on the winning side, time to start another streak.:grins:

Early game.........

KC+115x2 (Reichert/Greisinger)
Reichert carries a career record of 2-1, 3.81ERA. Greisinger is making his 2nd start since '98 due to Tommy John Sx. While he had a decent outing giving up 2ER, and 5K's, he also carries a WHIP of 1.6. Also going with the trend that a team will play better the first few games after a managerial change, worked for Mil and Col, and Det is certainly bad enough to keep the trend going. Matt Anderson will not be available d/t shoulder strain, Simon, the team's leading hitter is day to day.

GOOC LUCK!!!!

Any thoughts on the Phillies/Giants game? I am leaning towards playing the Phillies +170. Big win for the Phillies last night! Might change the teams attitude.
Adams former Dodger pitcher, pitched well against the Giants in previous outings so I believe it is worth a shot.
What is your take?
Good luck today $$$$

Added half unit on KC, making it a 2.5Unit play. :)

Phi/SF Under8.5+100x1.5 (Adams/Ortiz)
12th and final road game in 16 days for the Phils who stole one last nite from SF. Don't think they'll be into this game at all, just like the ChiSox earlier in Oakland. SF bats aren't exactly hot, either, scoring 27 runs in 8 games. Adams and Ortiz both had a good outings last time out going 6IP gibing up 2ER. Both teams get tomorrow off, and my feeling is that SF will just play good enough to win in a lethargic afternoon game.

GOOD LUCK!!!

(edited to add listed pitchers)

After reading your write up on the Royals, put a unit each on the Royals and the under 91/2. Parlayed the Royals to the Under 91/2 for a unit. Put a unit on the Phillies as well.
Good luck $$$$

Hey! BOILERMAKER!! I see your name up there. WTF? Where the hell have you been hiding, man? What up!! :thefinger

Jake, sorry about KC, they had a 6-4 lead and couldn't hold it. Bailey lost the game in the 7th, and KC couldn't get a key hit in the 8th. Tough loss.

Pads+115x3 (Lieber/Jones)
Under8x2 (Listed)
Wow! The offensive Cubbie offense goes on the road and are favored? Granted Lieber is on the mound, giving up 2ER in last 21IP, but you can't win if you can't score. Lieber has a 4.67 road ERA the last 2 yrs, and take a look at these Pads career avgs vs Lieber:
Lankford .351, 3HR, 4RBI
Klesko .467, 4HR, 12RBI
Lampkin .556
Jimenez 2 for 2
Kotsay .285
Gant .222
Nevin .143
Jones has been very consistent this year so far, going 6.1, 6, 7, and 6IP giving up 2, 2, 3, 3ER with a WHIP of 1.1. SD has won 6 of last 8. Cubbies have scored 8 runs in the last 5 games while losing last 4. Home plate ump Cooper is 2-1 Under this year, 4-1-1 Under his last 6.

Angels-115x2 (Washburn/Drese)
2 teams going in different direction. ndnfan's write-up says it all. Thanks, buddy.

Tx/Tor Over10-120x2 (Burba/Halladay)
Tx+130x1.5 (Listed)
Halladay had been pounded all 3 times facing the Rangers in his career, giving up 16ER in 15.1IP. Burba also giving up 16ER in 15.1IP in his career vs Tor. Tx has taken 5 of the last 6 vs Tor, and won 5 of last 6 overall, while Tor is in a 6 game losing streak. Irabu has been stellar coming in the 9th to close games, Seanez and Van Popple are also pitching very well. Tor pitching staff has given up a whopping 44 runs in the last 5 games.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Liked ChiSox again tonite, but light rain has started here, and the forecast says start 9pm will get steady rain until the morning. So there's no point in making a wager when it's probably gonna be called or with multiple stoppages.

Adding.......

Spos+135x2.5 (Armas/Reynolds)
Hot pitcher on a hot team, I'm sold.

Brew Crew+160x1 (Glavine/Quevedo)
Just because it doesn't make any sense to back the Brewers. I'm an action junkie. :D But it didn't make much sense to back Figueroa last nite, and look what happened.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Running late........got a few minutes before game time

Dodgers-145x2 (Hamilton/Nomo)
Hamilton avg 4 walks per game, with a very high WHIP. Dodgers play small ball, should touch him with a few runs that probably will be enough for Nomo.

GL!!!

Man! Very upset with the Dodger pick, it wasn't even close. That really tells me how bad the Cubbies are. Dodgers spanked Chicago on the road, and lose 2 to Cinci at home vs average pitchers:mad: Sorry if anyone tagged along on LA.
