FL/Mont under 9u: Mattes impresses me for Montreal, and last night's weak Expo effort could be a signal of a downturn; Clements' recent efforts concern me somewhat, but his overall numbers versus the Expos make me think he gets it done here; pens in decent form so they should minimize damage after the starters
SF and Rueter +110: Rueter in far superior form, while Gagne comes from triple A; SF has usually had luck versus LA, so despite LA's recent hot streak, I look for SF to get it done here; I'm also anticipating a little more emotion from SF tonight, as well
Sea/Tex over 11.5: Moyer is no great shakes, and Bell has been getting hit hard in the AL (though strangely, Texas is 3-0 with him starting); recent form of these pitchers points to over, and both team's bats are warm enough to give me confidence with this play
I may also end up playing MInnesota +120 over the Sox, also, simply based on the premise the Sox are just about dead and are the far lesser team, in my opinion; Chicago papers talk about a team with the wind out of their sails, so that may be good enough for me; do the Twins smell blood?
