Kerry Wood ERA @ home 4.34 ERA on road 3.47, Russ Ortiz home ERA 3.92. Both pitchers throwing well as of late. Although lots of runs were scored last night, I look for the Cubs to revert back to form and score 3 to 4 runs. I think this will be enough for Wood to get the job done.
SF scorin runs now that main line up is back ..
If u see the ERA u figure each team is good for around 3 runs each going into the 7'th inning.
The the Cubs BP takes over and gives up a 10 run cushion for the Over.

I agree wiht you that the Cubs BP is among if not the worst in baseball, and I did weigh this fact into my capping. Kerry Wood could easily be 13-3, Wood may be young (25 or 26) but he is a throwback, oldschool whatever you want to call it. The man knows he will have to go 8 innings or the distance to win. I just feel he'll get the job done tonight. Thank you for your insights and comments.
