KSTATE -125 PK in each quarter

I just don't get this line... the spread is -115 -.5

I mean shouldn't -.5 -115 equate to -140 pk or worse?

yup

pinnacle has the first quarter as -150 pk

bet365 has the 1st as -140 and the 2nd as -130

betus still has them each as -125
