wednesday college basketball plays.......

after a good stretch, really havent been close on my last two plays. but still feel good about these plays tonight.

2 units.....depaul moneyline (+150)
2 units.....akron/marshall over 160.5 (obscure total, but a winner)
2 units.....maryland (-6.5) over florida state

I like this DePaul play. On paper it looks like Marquette blew them out on Jan. 25. In the box score, it looks like the refs decided that game: 34 FTA for Marquette; only 18 for DePaul. 25-16 foul edge.

even under kennedy, depaul was always terrible on the road, but worth a strong look at home. teams always struggle in chicago for some reason. depaul had a nice win vs cincinnati a few weeks back, and i think they can duplicate that vs marquette tonight. gl valuist

sometimes i consider myself to be betting a "coach" just as much as im betting the team. i just feel like williams will have his guys locking down florida state on defense- seeing as the terps have gotten torched their L2 gms. and with the terps having good leaders on this team- i think they SHOULD respond to the challenge. fsu no pushover at home though, but riding the terps.
