hopefully those that played cleveland state got the 12's that were out there. took a loss on 11.5 myself, as the vikings sh1t the bed in the final 5:00. typical csu. they really controlled the tempo of the game and were playing well, only to fu/ck up the cover late. for wednesday, played:
2 units.....northwestern moneyline (+110)
2 units.....buffalo (+19) over western michigan
2 units.....ohio university (+7) over miami
buckeyes are NIT bound. o'brien has been questioning the effort of the team. osu has been dismal on the road, and northwestern is fully capable and should be expected to win this one. just see zero reason for ohio state to be laying anything to the cats here
basically playing buffalo purely on principle alone. i could be wrong, but this is the biggest spread in the mac the entire year. no team has been laying more points in conference than wmu is in this one. yes, buffalo has been lame lately, but i just cant see the justification of western michigan as basically a 20 point favorite. line just seems to be a knee-jerk reaction to buffalo's late season crumble.
maybe, just maybe ohio will finally realize they are capable of winning the mac tourney, and they can gain serious momentum with a win in oxford. bobcats have been lame on the road, which keeps me from playing this stronger. but especially in this rivalry game, the dog is always worth a look. redhawks covered and won outright as a dog in athens. same result (dog cover and possible outright) makes sense here.
