i'm off for the week so i'm excited about pouring over the holiday slate. see a few today that stand out.
new mex +2-: i've been watching, but i haven't seen anything out of wake on the road that tells me they should be favored here. coach mckay has the pit revisiting its glory days, an the lobos expect a sellout crowd of 18 k+. lobos wont get outquicked at guard - wake needs to take care of the ball or they could take a thumpin'.
wyo -2-: hard for me to see was st grinding out their style vs the cowboys in laramie's thin air.
dartmouth +25-: maybe i got an ivy league itch this morning, but the green looks like a team that believes they can compete. they lost a tough double overtime game to uc-davis on monday, but played their ass off and had no travel issues for tonight's game. i just question stanford's motivation to cover this kind of number.
columbia +12: ivy itch, part deaux. talk about believing, coach jones has lit a fire under the pale blue. hofstra impresses me not.
se mo st +8: the indians are a better team than they've showed thus far, just waiting for derek winans to get up to speed since he returned from injury a few games ago. semo plays smart and takes care of the ball, four of five defeats by four or less. possible upset if winans hits his stride.
maybe a few later. g/l
