Suggestion - why not re-cap all the posters? That way you can really see who is hot and who is not. Some-one who is ice cold can be as valuable as someone who is pick winners...It seems about 15 or 20 guys post somewhat regularly - some only post in POD.

Just a thought...

IP, I don't feel we should track the guys who are cold. We don't want them to stop posting because they are in some kind of spotlight while losing.

also I.P. I really dont want to get too nuts with it like going with units and all that just recap the best 5-7 or whatever guys. More or less gives some guys a place to look if in a hurry also gives some guys a warm fuzzy feeling..like climbing the rope in gym class.
