I really like Montreal to win their home opener coming off a big win. Carey Price is coming off a strong performance and has something to prove in front of the home fans.

NJ/BUF Under 5.5 -130 for 2 Units

Buffalo will be looking to lock things down and avoid mistakes after blowing an early lead in their last game. I don't see them giving up that many goals again especially with the caliber of goaltending they have. NJ hasn't scored more than three so far this season. I look for this to be the definition of a grind-it-out game. The line is only going to climb on this.

TOR/PIT Under 5.5 -110 for 1 Unit

The last thing the Leafs want to do is get in a shootout with the Pens on the road. The Pens haven't scored more than 3 goals in a game so far and the leafs play a vastly different game on the road than they do at home. I don't see the Leafs scoring too many here.

Major line move for the Under in the Leafs/Pens game because it has been announced that Leafs backup Gustavsson is in net. Although this is something to be concerned over, I would still play this under as I feel Toronto will play a more defensive styled game, especially with the backup in net. I don't see Leafs scoring many goals here either.

I don't understand why the Pens ML is dropping though.

Yeah, I would think twice about the under bet now but I still don't see it making a huge difference.

I'm tempted to make small bet on the Leafs but I just can't pull the trigger. I don't really see a supposed Stanley Cup contender dropping their first three home games.
