Huskies should be motivated to give the Hokies a a**whippin' tonite to take out their frustration from that embarassment by BC on their home court and to show Coach Calhoun that he doesn't need to worry about them while he's in the hospital.
Don't need to worry about leadership on the sidelines: Interim coach Blaney has won 459 games in 30 years as a Head Coach, at schools like Holy Cross and Seton Hall.
VT is struggling to put points on the board, especially from their reserves. Hokies leading scorer Bryant Matthews (16.2 ppg) sprained his neck in their last game at Providence but he's listed to play tonite.
UConn beat VT 83-65 a couple of weeks ago; I look for a similar score here. VT was up at the half in that game but Okafor and UConn came out very slow. I think UConn will come to play from the opening tip-off tonite.
