southern miss (-6.5) 3 units. memphis finally snapped their string of 83 straight losses to the spread (roughly) with their blowout of marshall. but they are still very suspect on the road. the golden eagles have given the tigers a few good battles the last couple years, but haven't broken through with a win. i think they'll enjoy piling it on tonight.
miami fl (-2) 2 units. very odd line movement. fsu just beat duke last week. there's no way 'the public' is playing miami hard enough to drive up this line. guess i'll ride along with it.
