You do realize that 99 percent of Madjackers and the rest of the world use the .5 when writing down a point spread or over/under. And if you look at a million Sportsbooks or anywhere else for that matter (any website with point spreads, etc.) you'll never see this stupid thing '



Yes the slang term is "the hook".....but for the record.....the Right single quotation mark is called an apostrophe
