I think Caps come back on their defence and support Kolzig. Kolzig has excellent numbers against Carolina. B'Mour is gone. Reduces threat on offence. Carolina in a scoring slump. On the road.

I think Kolzig allows one goal or a shutout

Two teams heading in different directions. Devils have been getting the work done with a little bit of offence and great defence.

Brodeur has great numbers against Sharks. In last 5 games he has given up 1, 2, 2, 1 and 4 goals respectively from latest to oldest in that order.

Sharks averaging 1.8 goals per game in last 5 games.
Devils giving up 1.6 goals per game in last 5 games

Sharks Power Plays is @ 5.6%
Devils Penalty kill is first in the league @ 94.4 % for last 5 games.

Most significant:
Sharks averaging 27.2 shots on goal per game
Devils giving up 23.8 shots on goal per game

The fewer the shots the less scoring chances [praying hard here]

I think Brodeur gets a shutout here in Shark territory.
