Almost swept yesterday ...probably should have if Backy wasn't such a SIV in shootouts. Oh well, still made some money.
Here's what I like today...
Boston (-135) over Carolina for 1 unit. Boston's won 11 of the last 13 and 3 in a row at the RBC Center. Shouldn't have a problem making some money here even though Krecji's out for the B's.
Colorado (+120) over Colombus for 1 unit. I think the BJ's struggling ways continue (no wins- 0 for 16 on the powerplay). Duchene, Stastny and Hejduk look really good. My old high school buddy is playing D for the Avalanche now (E.Johnson), and I think Varlamov shuts out Nash and Carter.
And my play of the day is Vancouver, a road dog, (+105) over Philly for 3 units. While Vancouver hasn't, the Sedin Twins have OWNED Philly over their career. Philly was 15-3 over the Canucks before dropping the last two. I don't think Big Oranges goalie (Ilya) is as good as he's playing. Nucks light him up tonight 6-2. Really wanna play the over here but if Vancouver doesn't score they'll probably only win 3-1. PLAY PLAY PLAY Nucks here, you won't be disappointed! :0074
