Early returns on Citizens Park show that this is a major hitter's park, but Wolf has always been tough on the Mets hitters, and Philly hasn't fared well against lefties. Wolf looked strong coming off of an injury in his last start, so he should continue his success against this lineup. Glavine has also been strong and should benefit from Philly's weakness against lefties.
UNDER 9 STL (CARPENTER)/PIT (WELLS) -123 - 1 UNIT - 4:05pm Pacific
Carpenter has been pitching as well as anyone as of late. He's been able to get deep into games, while keeping his pitch counts low, and I expect him to continue this trend against Pittsburgh. Wells slipped up in his last game, but has always been able to pitch well at home. This should be a nice pitcher's duel.
KC (GREINKE) +108 over Det (Johnson) - 1 UNIT - 4:05pm Pacific
Greinke's now had two very good starts. He'll be opposed by Johnson, so the big edge goes to Greinke in this one. KC should be able to provide ample run support against Johnson, and you won't see Greinke as a dog very often in the future.
