wouldn't want to be cincy this week. ravens coming home (3-0) after two road losses, with revenge. road loss @ pittsburgh was particularly embarrasing for them, especially their secondary. ravens offense needs a confidence boost as well, and what better spot to get it than @ home vs. cincy. most consensus i see is on cincy.

3rd consecutive road game for jax, third consecutive home game for tenn.
TENN/JAX UNDER 35 1*
lowest total on the board and for good reason.
might just wrap these two plays together, not sure. keep coming up with a 20-13, 17-10 type of score.
would need some big ones to touch these, but i could see the games below going 3-1
