This line seems a tad high. Army did play Wake and BC pretty tough early in the year.

Rutgers should win this game, but I was thinking more along a line of 10-12. If this game were in NJ, I would make the Scarlet Knights a 14-point favorite. Taking the value.

The Razorbacks are riding a 3-game winning streak and are 5-1 in their last 6 games. The Hogs' defense has risen to the occasion during that span, allowing just 14.1 ppg and 306.7 ypg. The Arkansas offense has been pretty good as well, scoring 42.8 ppg and cranking out 467.5 ypg.

The Mountaineers have chalked up decisive victories over Syracuse, Mississippi State, and Rutgers this past month. WV was idle last weekend. If they win their final four contests, West Virginia should end up in a BCS game. Louisville gives up 27.3 ppg. The Mountaineers rank 7th in the nation averaging 40.8 ppg.
