Hard to back a road dog by a TD but that is what I am going to do. First match up the Vikes won on a last second fireld goal after fumbling in final 2 minutes but the Vikes were horribly coached that day and played like a 7 point lead was 3 scores, they have been pressed to try and push the ball down the field. The Vikes have scored at least 26 points the past 4 games going up against much more stiff competition than Detroit. I don't see how the Vikings don't score at least 30 some here? The Lions have absolutely nobody who can match Justin Jefferson and Adam Thielen! How is Detroit going to keep up? I mean Jamaal Williams and Josh Reynold would have to have monster days and I just can't back up Goff here and the loss of Swift is much bigger than the loss of Cook for the Vikings. Vikes are stiff against the tight end and don't expect much from TJ Hockenson.
Simply put the Vikings have much more fire power it's just up to the coaches to keep pressing and not shell up.
Now if you totally disagree and want to back Detroit playing the over is a must. Unless Cousins goes down early the Vikes are scoring at least 27 and with a 47 point total and 7 point spread you get the idea.
