this may not make you feel any better, but before the season i bet the vikings to finish in last in the division and to win exactly 7 games. i probably need them to win this one to get to 7.
so i'll be rooting for them this week. kinda hope it's brosmer again. i don't think i can bet on mccarthy as a fav, no matter how small. their d actually played pretty well sunday. on a day when their offense did absolutely nothing, they still held the seahawks to 219 yards of offense and only one drive over 50 yards.

They aren't winning 7 games. I think this is their last chance to win. Maybe in New York and maybe if the Packers rest everyone in week 18 lol
I see the Vikings are now back to 1.5-point favorites. They opened as favorites and then Wash became favorites and now back to Minnesota.
First, I am not trying to be a homer. I hate who is running the organization as they are idiots, but in this game, the Vikings are better than Washington at every position except QB, which is a major position. I think McCarthy can get the job done adequately enough against that defense. My main reason is the Vikings have a much better defense than Washington. I know Denver has a great defense and Wash had no problems but that was at home on a Monday Night. I expect the Vikings to be much faster at home on Sunday. Viking's defense is far from the reasons why they have lost their last handful of games. They have been on the field a ton. Remember the Vikings lost to Chicago on a last second fg the last time they were home. Vikings take this 24-16
