I think it has more to do with Bulger taking 1st team snaps and being cleared to play...

I think it has to do more with Bulger practicing all week... In my mind, there was little doubt about Favre playing...

Bulger took 90 pct of the snaps in practice this week. I like STL + in this one at home.. Favre doesn't USUALLY play well in domes either..
