West Virginia -8 Might buy this game down to 7. I think WVU wont overlook ECU after this past weekend.
Cincy +21 OU is good but I think Cincy can hang around. Cincy is ok on offense and pretty good on defense. Could easily see a backdoor cover.
Notre Dame -22 Dont really see this one being a game with all the expectations on ND this year. SDSU just lost to Cal Poly...
Florida Atlantic -13 FAU's offense is pretty good and can put up points. UAB is not very good and it will be a little easier this week not playing against Texas's D.
Nebraska -26 Might buy this one down to 24. SJSU's offense only put up 13 pts against UC Davis. Really think Nebraska can handle them pretty easily.
Penn St. -16.5 Agree with Raymond on this game. Really think Penn St is the real deal this year and if Oregon St had that much trouble with Stanford, they wont stand a chance traveling all the way to Happy Valley.
Cal -13.5 Wash St got torched by Okla St last week. This week another team with a high scoring offense comes in. I think this one might get ugly.
Alabama -30 The Tide rolled last week over the #9 team in the nation. Tulane isnt very good on offense or defense. Bama scores on both sides and win 56-0.
Pitt -13 After an embarrasing and ugly loss, I think the Panthers bounce back and take care of business. They pretty much have to or their season is over.
Texas Tech -10 Tech's offense is still explosive and now they have a D. Dont think Nevada can keep up with the Red Raiders.
Texas -26 UTEP didn't look very good last week. I think Texas will beat them as bad as they want. Might buy it down to 24 just to be safe though.
Games Im still questioning
Wake Forest -8 Wake looked pretty good last week as did Ole Miss. Ole Miss is very much improved this year but this will be a very tough road test. Wake's D is very talented but the ACC hasn't done very well against the SEC this year. With that said though, the ACC hasn't played at home against the SEC.
Central Michigan +24 CMU has a pretty decent offense and can put points on the board. UGA gave up 21 points to Georgia Southern. Also, UGA has S Carolina on deck. They might be lookin ahead since the Cocks beat them last year.
Auburn -17 S Miss is no push over team. They have a pretty good offense now with a very good RB. Auburn is still Auburn though. They are very tough on defense. They are starting Chris Todd this weekend too. Im not sure how good he is. Plus Auburn has Miss. St on deck. Revenge might be on their minds too early.
Miami +21.5 Florida looked real good last week, but that was a Hawaii team that lost their coach and big playmakers. Miami will be alot better than the Warriors. However, I didnt see Miami play so Im not sure what they look like. I would appreciate any info on the Canes.
Vanderbilt +10 Vandy looked alot better than people expected last week. They have a pretty strong defense. S Carolina is also strong on the defensive side of the ball. Smelley is starting this week which will be better for the Cocks offense. S Carolina could easily come out and take care of business after the embarassing loss last season. S Carolina also has UGA on deck.
