Look what Minn did to Tulsa this week, Tulsa avg 211 rypg last year and started this year with another rancid run D:
Fast Forward to CSU vs Minn this Sat: CSU at the dome in Minn with a RUN D that avg 222 rypg and no appreciable improvement..
This is going to be a 45-17 game as Minn D is solid!-

ARK vs VANDY
I just love a punishing Rush offense vs a porous Rush D.. Well here we have it as ARK will pound Vandy into submission:

CAL @ WASH
You have to wonder why Cal is -8 on the road after losing starting QB Longshore..The answer is Wash D Blows, if touted star QB Ayoob gets it together this will get ugly through the air.. Wash gave up 220yds passing to that Aerial PowerHouse AirForce, Yikes..

STANFORD @ NAVY NO PLAY
Stanford has the speed on D to keep Navy from running wild.. QB Edwards will have to many options for Navy to keep up with due to balanced offensive talent and a great line..

NW vs NIU
NW has a high powered Off, a solid run D and a capable pass D.. NIU put a scare into MICH but Mich always plays poorly vs teams they should handle.. I believe NIU will come into Ryan field thinking they are better than they really are, that will be their Demise..

if you notice most teams that are either starting a new qb or have a different coach from last year are still having trouble moving the ball effectively....

ie..ok. st, pitt, ohio.

maybe three teams are not a good sample but it's still worth watching.

Unlv got it together late vs NMex and they will be ready from minute one to play four qtrs in it's Home Opener: Idaho has no talent to stay with a Unlv O that has so many options with the shotgun spread..

WIS vs TEMPLE
Alvarez was livid with his secondary last week due to their " NOT implementing what we taught them and doing it their way"...
In light of that he has replaced two starters in the secondary..
That defense knows they will be scrutinized heavily today so I expect to see a huge effort regardless of the opponent.
With the D looking to put up a grade A effort and Wisconsins dominant running game this will be ugly early..
