YTD

I like to get a feel for the 1st week then come out guns blazing:firing:

Chi+3
I'd think that this year with Pitt's suspect OLine , fading the SB champ the 1st 4 weeks can be profitable....Chicago got great DLine pressure on A.Rodgers and IMO G.B's OLine is better then Pitt's... Also U gotta think Chicago will attack the Steeler's DB's. Without T.Polumalu this is a very average secondary... As displayed on MNF
the Bears have some speed @ wr and Cutler is a gunslinger.... He'll throw some pics but he'll make his share of big plays too...

Washington-9.5
This is a fade St.Louis play mostly, with a tad bit of Homer wrapped in...I know u should never let your heart influence your take on "your" team but this week The Redskins should open a can of WhoopAss on St. Louis..
Portis should have a big day and the Defense should shine...( I recomend them as a start for fantasy foots)..I'm thinking they don't get on board....1 other thing...last year @ FedEx the Skins played poorly....I've read and heard alot about the Redskins trying to be more dominate and get the home crowd more involved...
remember J.Zorn was a assistant @ sea....
and knows how important feeding off the home crowd can be....also FedEx is the biggest stadium in the NFL and if they can beat down a few teams they are expected to @ home it would be huge for the Redskins....Skins will win this wire to wire.:toast:

Jax-3
Last year the Cards were the worst traveling team i've seen in ages...they got outscored by a bunch and never seemed like they were prepared in any of those long road trips....AZ to Jax is about 2500 miles and that is another long plane trip...Heck AZ lost last week to S.F in AZ.....How will they fare after a long road trip and a dissapointing loss that
showcased a aging K.Warner and Boldin is obviously
not playing to his full capability....Fitz is a beast and can't be stopped so i'm sure he'll get his...
Jax can run the ball effective and will feed off the home crowd... Long road trips = L's for the AZ Cards....M.J.Drew will run wild...

N.Y.J+ 4
N.E looked old and T.Brady looked very avg for
58 minutes... Last T.D was a gift and Buffalo Def really took the foot off the pedel after being up big late.... N.E will have trouble with the Jets pressure and blitz packages.... N.E Oline is aging and it was clear vs Buff....Terrific Tom was super in the end but not so much for the other 95% of the game....The Jets got a good Def. and a solid Oline....Thats a rookie QB's best friend....
Jones and Washington should be successful this week... IMO they should run all day...
I'll take the home dog here...

Buffalo-5
Owens and Lee should dominate this game....
T.B weakness is it's secondary and i think Buffalo expose's that this week....fade T.B while spreads are still low....Sooner then later the man will catch up so IMO Buff-5 is a gift...
T.B rolled off 450+yds lw but IMO Dallas Def. is garbage and without a doubt will finish in the bottom half this year... Buff def did a remarkable job for 3 and 3/4 of the game... a unbelievable collapse by Buff late 4th qtr... I don't think it comes to that this week.... Buff by at least a TD..

Leans

Baltimore
Ravens DLine should feast on aging S.D Oline....
BTW Pro Bowler C. Nick Hardwick got hurt on MNF
and is likely out for a while...That hurts for the Chargers.....big time OLinemen are hard to replace...

N.Y.G
Really think Dallas Def will give up some scores.....
Feel they are really suspect....LW gave up 174 yds rushing and 276 yds passing Vs T.B:box2: :mj08:
Even with all the talk about who's the WR's for NYG they are lightyears better then T.B
and should be able to trade scores all night....

Minn-10
On paper it looks like Minn should win something like 128-7... IMO Minn won't punt in this game...
I can see them scoring with every possesion..
In other words....IT LOOKS TOO EASY SO I'll back off..

GL fellas

I strongly believe just like a lot of other people probably do that the Bills deserved to win their MNF showdown vs. the Pats and I know Brady didn't look like the Iron Man that everyone expected him to. I think the Pats will be just fine against the Jets. Brady got his groove back little by little monday night as looked more comfortable planting and firing the ball towards the end of the game, so Brady's ability to hit his targets and execute all day against the Jets doens't worry me one bit. And, IMO, before playing this game, think about the Offensive style of Houston compared to the Patriots. Houston is a more in tight offense, as where to, the Pats like to spread the field and loosen up the D which gives Brady penty of time and options. I dont' expect to see the Jets D getting to Brady much in this game with the off. spead out and I'm sure Bellichek (or however you spell it) will give Sanchez many different looks and confuse the hell out of him. Gl with your play, the way I look at this game is I'll take the Pats at whatever the line goes down to...saw it at -3.5 earlier and hoping to get it at 3 or even 2.5 if it goes that far. I might be way off...

Anyways, Gl this weekend, I really like Chicago to win this one outright.

I think Sanchez will be fine...
IMO Pats don't have the weapons on Def that
the Jets do...I really think the Jets are a solid unit that is well coached... If the Jets keep the game simple and take a "Pitt" stlye approach they can compete with everyone on the schedeule...
IMO LY Farve had that Hero mentality and felt like he needed to make all the big plays....The better move would of been to hand the ball off alot more..Jets have 2 good RB's and a great OLine...HC R.Ryan was with Baltimore LY and they had a run first mentality and was very successful....I can see R.Ryan depending on the run game alot this season....LW Bill RB F.Jackson had success behind a makeshift line with 3 rookies Vs N.E....
IMO this season you will see a very conservative gameplan from the Jets and they will rely heavily on the Def and getting pressure on the QB's and causing havoc...:mj06:

Jets was solid ly till the Farve collapse....
